Everything was outstanding. Location is on beach . Its perfect who want stunning view from own room. But far from centre so, need taxi with 60€ every time. Beach is clean, white sand, lovely. Reception staff is adorable. All 3 managers Ms. Ioanna, Ms. Marialena and Ms. Anthi are so coperative, so humble , so nice and so sweet. All helped us everytime to make our stay comfortable. They helped and solveed all our issues and querties. Go to beach by their car , its free and available every 10 minutes. Food, room facilities, taxi, excursion etc. Mr. Kostas driver and helper , he is also good guy. Bar and restaurant are near pool and view is amazing, mountains, sea and roads look so fantabulous from hotel. Food is so delicious. Chef christos is so helpful and humble. Rooms are so clean and everything is available inside.

The room was amazing. It was situated toward the top of the area and it had an incredible view of everything in Elia Beach. There was a lot of area in our room and the shower was very roomy and unique with it's black pebble inlaid walls. The breakfast was very nice and the view from the restaurant/pool are where you dined was incredible. There was a gentleman at the front desk who carried your bags up after they invited you in to the bar for a welcome drink. The two women who work at the front desk, Euginia and Maria were both very helpful and gave information from bus schedules, to transfers and renting cars. The manager Ioanna was amazing and was avaible to answer any questions, give advice and make you seem like you were her most important guest. It was an amazing time at an incredible location.

Breakfast was amazing, as guests were offered 3 styles - Greek, American or Healthy, each with unique style of eggs, fruit, greek yogurt, coffee/juice, and pastries. The property is beautifully situated on a cliff and has some stunning views. Staff was amazing and really sold the experience. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure the experience meets expectations. Romani - our concierge/butler by far went above and beyond and is absolutely the best. It was his service that really gives this boutique hotel extra points. In all our travels, we haven't met a kinder gentleman who enjoys his work and strives to makes his customers VIPs at every interaction and booking.

It was my second time in Mykonos but first at this hotel. Evgenia, manager and the team were excellent and I cannot fault them. The customer service received was brilliant and I would highly recommend to stay at the hotel. They helped with transfers to the local beach, taxis, reservations etc and were on hand day and night! Cleaning was good, although at times the floor were left with bits of rubbish but nothing that couldn’t be sorted out by telling the housekeeping team. We stayed in a 3 bed villa which was brillant although the daily trough of walking up and down steep steps was challenging but worth it!

Eva at the front desk is always smiling and goes extra mile to help. She and the team responds in minutes to all requests and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and luxurious. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the team that serves is wonderful. This is a to die for properly- the one you should have on top of your list while making plans for Mykonos. Elia beach is next door and fantastic!!!
